We recognize that with the constantly changing COVID-19 situation around the world, this is an unprecedented time for everyone — a time that, for many, is filled with uncertainty. Our hearts and thoughts go out to each and every one of you. Please be safe and stay healthy.
Zander Sterling personnel have always been equipped to “serve-from-anywhere”, so prudent social-distancing and government work-from-home mandates have created little service disruption for us. We are fortunate. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has created new challenges and responsibilities for our people beyond working remotely.
Therefore, we have implemented the following precautionary measures in order to limit the potential spread of this virus, support our employees, comply with federal/state mandates and ensure we maintain our ability to serve you for the long term.
Essential Business – Service Continuity
As a CPA firm, the services we provide are considered by the government to be essential. Therefore, our firm will remain open during this unprecedented pandemic response. All employees are now working from their home.
Reduced Work Schedules
Our people normally work more hours during the tax filing “busy season”. Because the tax return filing due date has been moved back to July 15th for most of our clients, we have asked our employees to revert their non-busy season work schedules (M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm). This will provide them considerably more time to take care of themselves and their families.
Limited Office Hours – Employees Only
Effective March 27, 2020, the Zander Sterling office will be open for our employees between 3:00pm-5:00pm, Monday through Friday so that they may access mail and the supplies they need to serve you.
No In-Person Meetings
We are suspending ALL in-person meetings until further notice. Access to our professionals continues via phone, E-mail and video.
I sincerely appreciate your understanding during these difficult times. Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of assistance to you.
Best regards,
Chris
